Hi
First time signing up but used the forum for information over the past 5 or so years, so thanks to those who have posted.
My dashboard display has gone, it's the LCD display and something I see happens regularly. I believe it's due to moisture seeping in from the cracks on the screen. So rather than spending the best part of £800 to replace, I am trying to source other ways to fix it. BBA Reman BBA-Reman - Automotive electronic component repairs do automotive electronic repairs, so I will be trying them, a £30 diagnostics will tell me if they can fix it or not. Then it would probably be a £150 repair. However, I won't be doing this until I can find out if I fix/replace the housing around the dashboard itself, this is the front facing, clear plastic part, it's cracked all over the place and no point paying for a fix on the LCD if the moisture comes straight back in and breaks it again. I came up with an idea to have it replicated via 3D printing, I have found a business who could possibly do this but the cheapest way of doing it is via the technical specifications of the dashboard. If they had to scan the original, then it becomes too expensive.
Therefore, does anyone have any technical drawings of an RSV100R 2004 dashboard that I could use?
Many thanks
Ashley
