My mate has a CBR 600 ( dont ask,its really not this fault lol)
He was on his way home from work last night , goin up the road doing 23 mph ,
taxi driver pulled out in front of him .
he smashed into the drivers door and threw him over the taxi to other side of road !
Bike complete write off , (he is fine today ,few grazes, just a bit stiff)
anyway , police turned up taxi driver said "I did not see him" " i thought i had time to pull out".
surely one or the other .....
Can he claim for injuries ? :dunno
i told him to get to the hospital today !!
if it was me i wudda wanted ambulance there and then , and took the taxi driver to the ****** cleaners !!!!
why the *** do they think they OWN THE ROAD :banghead
my mate only been riding 12 months , knocked his confidence loads.
At least when his money comes thru he may get a tuono :lol
tosspot taxi drivers, i hate em more than anything else on the roads .
