Hi peps, been a long time but I've been playing with my other toy while the weather has been so bad.

Can anyone suggest a good tank bank to fit an 07 RSVR, being thinking about the Oxford Sprint 08 but only looked on the net as yet.

i got me a hein gericke "pro sports race tank bag" and im well impressed!
cost me £60 but it has plenty of room and vitally attachments other than magnets

it can attach by a strap around the yoke (and not cause any problems if you do it properly..)
it also has pretty good sucker pads to attach to the tank
also came with 'strong' magnets (4 of them i think) and bungee straps plus a carrying strap blah blah blah
it doubles as a tailpack if you use the bungees which i think is great, but its not enough to carry lots of shopping home

as long as it has some way of attaching other than magnets (tanks are not magnetic so they dont work..) then i would say most tank bags would be ok

I use a Baglux. it holds a fair amount of kit to 10 -15 kg of my climbin gear and tools.

Its a better fit on your bike (I got a 02 mille) as my tank is narrower and loaded up I have bust the clips twice...

The tank cover also protects your tank from keys, zips and girls that through themselves at your bike due to 'the rumble, deep down...':devious

i have the oxford sport range.

fit is ok but make sure you get the non magnective version.

bit of a pain in the kneck over 110mph though. feels like your head is going to be ripped off.
