Swingarm removal with springed full system exhaust

me again, got another question. I need to remove the swingarm on one of the RSVs (bearing on the bottom of the swingarm has seized, but I have another swingarm with good bearing), and normally you need to remove the rear header pipe to do this, however I have a leo vince full system, which has the usual 3 bolts to hold it onto the head, but the downpipe itself seems to be held against the plate with an exhaust spring.

If I remove the spring to get the downpipe off (leaving the plate on the head) will I need to buy another exhaust gasket, or is the gasket behind the plate and the downpipe just sits metal-to-metal against the plate, like it does further down the full system at the collector area.

sure your right ...just use some exhaust assembly as you said "the gasket behind the plate and the downpipe just sits metal-to-metal against the plate, like it does further down the full system at the collector area"
