susspension set up

hi every one my name is shoddy and i ave just bought a 02 rsv mille the bike is standard except for double bouble screen and arrow exhuast, just been up the road on it and nearly shatt myself can any one give me a good susspension set up for a medium rider abilty no trak days just good fun on the open roads i am 14 1/2 stone 5ft 11 tall.

Welcome Shoddy - if the bikes scaring you there's something very wrong. Check over everything obvious....
Suggest you get the bike changed to standard settings (they wont be ideal for you but you'd have to be pushing very hard for them to be very wrong).
More likely the tyres (condition or pressures) than the suspension 'settings'.
If it s your first mille take a little while to ease yourself in to the different feel and relax

Can you be a little more specific before you start playing with the settings?

Shat yourself is a good expression but in the technical world it means nowt!

Was it kicking you out of the seat, breaking your wrists, washing out at the front etc.... you get the idea?
