suspention settings my rsvr ?

hi any one out there have some factory setting for my rsvr or a good road set up for someone about 15st in leathers
any thing would be a help as a starting point :dunno

I am a bit lighter at 11.5 st, but found the 'race' settings in the manual were great. I had to sofen up the rear, but that may suit you, being a bit heavier. They were certainly better than any from the web.
