suspension sag query

hi i set my sag last night on my 99 rsv mille and now have 30mm rear and 26mm front but my front if wound rite off and rear spring is done up all the way is that a normal thing to have im only 5.7 and weight 11 stone with all gear on also i adjusted it with everything set to soft any help or advice would be great

think you want about 10-15mm static sag on rear, about 30-35mm loaded. Front about 20-25mm static, 30 - 40mm loaded. This is with warm suspension so the oil is less thick. I recommend backing off compression and rebound all the way before setting sag.

I wouldn't be surprised if you can get the rear ballpark right but the front is too firm. That's what I've found anyway and I'm a lot heavier than you and had to take oil out of the forks to enable me to use most of the travel.
