new V4 arrived last saturday; amazing bike, love it but..... the mode button is apparently how you call up the settings menu, by holding it down at standstill. It seems to have stopped happening ie no menu. Everything else works. Anything I'm missing?

Mine came in Italian only so had to work out everything first.

the instruction manual isn't great. It just says to hold down the mode button for the menu, which I obviously did without anything happening. It was doing it when I first got it but seems to have stopped. I'll phone the dealer. Wonder if there's a way of resetting the firmware??
Might be a teething problem and dealer might have to sort it. if I'd had the bike a week I'd def take it back.
