Strange noises when cold

Hi all, My most recent issue now is that when I start the bike for the 1st time after cooled down I hear a strange electrical noise. At 1st I thought it was the exhaust heating up but its definatly coming from near the seat. The sound is similar to something arking. Happens about 8 times untill the temperature display starts to show. After its a little warm i take it out for my ride and everything works fine. there are no error lights or warning lights on display. Not sure what to do? Maybe its nothing?

Also Just got my bike back from aprilia service. I had the oil pump replaced a few weeks ago and went on a 600km. 1/2 way through I seen smoke coming off exhaust and oil drops landing on my visor. I pulled over to see that the bike was leaking a little oil. When returned to dealer I was told the large gasket was re-used and not replaced. (most likely the problem or so I thought) I've since gotten the bike back and cleaned all the oil/ water marks off from the big ride. Leak has been fixed but by means of replacing 2 lower 8mm bolts from behind the rear brake master cylinder and using a black silicone on those threads. Gasket was still not replaced. Is this a common way to fix on a new bike under warranty? I would have thought replace the gasket?

This is actually the place I've been going to for the service. Brought bike back today and spoke with the store manager. Its gonna be looked over and fixed properly this time! Still not sure what the noise could've been. Maybe a loose both vibrating during initial start up or a heat shield expanding? Anyways I'll post an update when I find out. This bike is so much fun when its not in the shop. I really hope things get sorted out and I can enjoy it more next season.
