Can anyone let me no if u can alter my stearing damper on me tuono 08, it shakes it head when your going for it.

no adjustment on the standard damper, get an ohlins damper, about 16 settings on there, they come up on egay now and then

No only got it back weds mate ,checked the brown connector thats ok but not had time to check the stator output but as it has failed once and been replaced by the last owner I bet its fused.
hopefully get time this weekend

Mine shakes its head a bit when going for it too, probably as the front wheel is skipping on/off the road.

Instead of masking the problem by winding a damper up try adjusting your rear preload might help better.

ye i get the same ****

As yours is coming up to service time, get it booked into Griffs for a service and have a day down there, he'll fettle the suspension
and steering damper etc while your there, it's a good day out for you and his road tests are the best.!!

Ye i will take it to griff for the service ash, had the suspension done once thats ok it's just the steering damper theres no adjustment on it, it only shakes when pushed very hard, dont want to spend money on a new damper as if all goes to plan i hope to get the V4 for next year have to see how things go.

Had mine done at Griffs changed the bike stopped most head shaking and i've even got the damper on its lowest setting now

I thought yours was a factory ******, if so it should have an Ohlins adjustable damper on as standard shouldn't it?

As ralphie said ash, i dont find it a prob myself i just ride round it, get your head down and give it the beens

theres no settings on mine zippy

Forgot to say replaced the sachs to calm down the head shaking with a Hyperpro RSC (Reactive Safety Control)
which was set about mid way before griff tweaked the suspension.

I've got to ring him soon as my fork leg weeping now:crazy still they probably need a service anyway
