Hi i am new to this site and need some help with my 03 rsv i went out on it for a run today as i have just fitted race can but when i give it a bit of stick it shut down and i had nothing on the button i had no problem before i put can on. If i turn bike of using kill switch then try starting again there's nothing on the button.I am not new to bikes but i am to twins can anyone help me .

Hi lees rsv , did you get it sorted :dunno... maybe a duff battery or it just needs put on an optimate :thumbup
 
Could be anything electrical, faulty kill switch or electrical short...sorry not much help i know!!

Gday Aprilia RSVers.Leon from downunder here. This is my 1st attempt at a chat/forum site.I am new to computers too! I have a 02 rsv mille and o4 tuono_Only the mille is registered for road use at the moment.I am looking forward to reading the prior posts on performance,maintenance modifications and I definatelywill like looking at the pictures. Thankyou.
 
I had this once, the electrical connections on the starter solenoid had worked loose! They were less than finger tight. Tightened, then no problems.
Changed the solenoid for a Yamaha one as an extra precaution.
