Standard suspension settings

I know this question has been asked a million times. Can someone give me the standard settings for a Mille. Then i want the fast road settings. My book is in dutch so i cant understand it.

By the way, having recently switched from inline 4's to V-twins......why didn't i do it sooner. The Gixer is up for sale. Long live the 60 degree twins!!!
