For track use on quiet days, so don't want anything to good condition wise, which means sensibly priced.

I have aset mate, off the gray 04rsvr factory (same bike as urs last time i looked) let me know how much u want to pay or can we do a deal on those old wheels ur waiting to get rid of??

no probs matey, quick question for ya, my bike is the 04 rsvr factory the grey one, its got ohlins and blue ozs,
Is it therefore radial and if so I take it all i need is spacers for non radial wheels???
And if non radial will fit is there a particular year or will all non radial fit with spacers...would just be my luck to buy the wrong ones. But I think urs would fit mine badger wouldnt they with the spacers...?

Your bike has radial brakes and need spacers to make the earlier wheels fit, the radial braked bikes have 5mm wider wheel centres, i have 3 sets of spacers which you can have a set if you want them with the wheels, i run older wheels on my 04 factory track bike with the 2.5mm spacers on each side, quite simple really mate.

ps its about time i got some sp wheels for me wets...cadwell on thursday was interesting in the wet with renn sports...however i foundit developmental skills wise as I had things happening to me there than ever before... eg hairpin slides etc...front going lighter etc..all v character bulidin

Ai all i did was reconnect it back to the loom but repositioned the sensor so it was in sidestand up position. then filtered the wire to the battery area and taped it there outta the way..all ok now.
However I might put my sidestand on now as its a pain in the arse trying to put my bike on the paddock stand without someone near by :angry..
Am i missing something..
So anyways went to try and find the sidestand among the other stuff i took of (i thought i was bein organised by putting bits in bags and taping bolts/screws to each item) yesterday and cant find the two big bolts..
So guess the ss will have to wait for now mate/:thumbup

Just did mine today, just bare the brown and black wire and solder together about a couple of inches back from the connector, beware you will not have a warning light though to tell you it is down, so put a sticker on your clocks to remind you before leaving the pits
