Standard can balance ??

I was just wondering about the standard can and weight distribution :roll, having the akra single on mine it doesn't affect the feel of the bike at all but surely when the bike was designed the weight distribution was set with the standard can even though it weighs a ton. Ive tried the standard one and the bike feels the same which is a bit weired cosidering the akra is a quarter of the weight :confused
Having junked the standard ones on other bikes ive noticed the bike feels different and affects the handling slightly but not with the mille :confused. Still the standard one has got to be one of the heaviest cans around and it will be lying in the shed for many years :thumbup

Only noticeable on a track really, you can feel the difference then, on the road i could not tell the difference either

Don't know how much the acra weighs but the standard can is just under 9KG

Yeah that would make sense i guess with throwing the weight around constantly from side to side feeling the extra weight :thumbup 9KG

i must think of a better use for the can :roll maybe ill split it in 2 and use it as a barbi in the summer
