Anyone know where I can buy race spec stainless bolts from apart from www.tastynuts.com ?
I'm after replacing the front caliper mounting bolts and have my heart set on race spec bolts:inlove but pro bolt dont supply them in the right length

I could buy the longer bolts and cut them down but am trying to find anyone else that supplies them first and I'm having no luck searching the tinternet:angry

Race spec? Stainless weighs quite a bit mate, I dont think its the preffered choice for racing. You want Titanium, but it wont be cheap!

You could always just by standard s/s bolts and get them machined yourself. ProBolt etc are just one big rip off.

just drill your current ones mate thats all i do on all my race bikes as most racers spend all there money on suspention instead of fancy drilled bolts

I got my s/s caliper bolts (radial caliper) from ProBolt@TastyNuts

P/N LSSHX1055F Stainless Steel Flanged Hex Head M10(1.25)x55mm

VERY durable - even after about a dozen removals in the last two seasons.

(Ti vs SS - pure ego IMHO!)

Not meant to be patronising - but just in case you don't know - give each thread 1 drip of light oil (e.g. 3in1) before installing and don't over-torque them (50 N m). While I'm at it - just a reminder not to over-tighten the Ohlins axle pinch bolts. The book says 12 N m - I never use more than 10 N m - and always a drip of oil (of course).
