Hello, my name is Justin [Squirrel(y)] D. I have a black/red 2000.5 RSVmille, which is mostly stock. I topped it out again tonight @165mph (it has done 166mph). My only complaint with the bike is it's hard to flop it in to a corner quickly (like my gixxer), but once in the corner it is great.

Well, I can't think of anything more to say right now.

Hey sqrly, have you tried 55 profile tyres like Racetecs, they offer assistance at a quick tip in, also consider dropping your forks through your yolks a little.

welcome to the site

Welcome sqrly, I'm with posh try 180/55/17 and drop a line or two on the forks!

I am currently running Dunlop Qualifier 120/70 front, 180/55 rear. My forks have 1.25 inches above the trippleclamp (6+ lines showing),spring preload backed out all the way(to compinsate for my 135lb. weight), dampining is set at the lightest seting for race use according to the Aprilia repair manual. Rear ride highth lowered all the way, dampining is set the same as the front. I had the rear higth up .750 inch from the bottom, but that caused alot of head shake.
