sprocket carrier nut size

hello all what are the size of the nuts on the sprocket carriers 2001 rsvr,just ordered some pro bolt ones on ebay and are the wrong size, they want to know what the correct size are :jack

Sounds daft but they are 17mm but when you put the socket on there is a lil bit of play ? :dunno

No there's no play the carriers are all tight I just fancied some flash blue ones,on eBay the sellers states there for 02 milles I reckon he's mucked up and sent me gen 2 nuts,

You miss understood me fella I mean with a 17mm socket has a lil bit of play ? its almost like it should be a 16.5mm socket ha ha my one I just measured is a 23/5/01 frame ? it is a gen 2 one as the fairing is the new shape.
