Speedo RSV Factory 2006

Hi there Guys,first post on here so please take it easy on me.I'm looking to buy a 2006 RSV Factory but I have concerns about mileage on these machines.I looked at several 2004 bikes & the mileage when checked online(UK) have always been iffy due to them been reset.Can anybody tell me if this affected 2006 bikes or was the speedo software updated.

I'm sure the dash resetting was on 04 .. 05 bikes ... I replaced my dash with an 06 dash and its fine

On my 02 mille once i hit 100,000kms ( about 65k miles)
mine went back to 0! Quite a surprise lol not enuff numerals on read out.
I guess pu wyld have to check mots and reciepts t be sure

Thanks Guys,bought one today :thumbupwith 11500m on it,full service history that tallies with the mileage so I'm well happy!

Congratulations on buying one of the most beautiful bikes to come out of Italy.:inlove
Mine is an 04 Factory and I changed the battery a few weeks ago. I was fully expecting the mileage to reset to 0 but it didn't.
It's a small issue for me anyway, I buy my bikes on condition, as service history and mileage can both be "tweaked" by sellers.
