Just come back off holiday and noticed this when bleeding my Clutch.

And you need to change your fluid on a more regular basis, I'm doing mine every 500 miles or so anyhow due to fooke master cylinder seals. :roll
 
Best thing to do is get a new seal for the slave, and get some silicone grease (dive shops sell them or anywhere that deals with o-rings and water as its used to help them seal) and slather it on the inside of the slave. That black stuff is the seal that gets grated off as the piston moves. I got the tip off a bloke on the AF1 site and my fluid has been clear for 2k now at least with no need to re-bleed it.
