Hi guys and girls!

I was wondering if any of you learned lot could help me. Im trying to find somewhere in the central an south london areas where I can get hold of a cheap or second hand pair of front discs for my '99' RSV. I know that standard discs are about £200 a piece,an that aftermarket discs are cheaper. Please help!

cheers!:thumbup

Whats wrong with the discs. If you've got a judder or pulsing though the brake lever, clean out the disc buttons ( rotate them ) with brake cleaner and a very small amount of WD40. A small step drill with a protective sheath is the best way to spin the buttons.

Failing that try Southern Cross in Kilburn who may know more. There is a fella who breaks RSV mille's, there's a link on here somewhere

The silver buttons whatever you want to call them, as you can see there are 9 on each disc, what you need to do is make sure these are free to spin so that the disc can semi float (move a little from side to side), do as Legs say's to clean them and spin them with a drill, make sure you clean any contamination of the discs before you go whizzing up to the next roundabout with a view to trying to get your knee down :thumbup
