Some help with race ecu on tuono v4

Hi after some advice I bought a race ecu which was previously on a rsv4 check part no I know it fits my 2011 tuono v4 when I plugged it in it came up on the dash service
So couldn't get it to work what do i need to do to get the race ecu to work

Has the rsv4 ecu been flashed for a tuono V4? You can get an rsv4 ecu overwritten with tuono V4 map and vice Versa but if it's mapped for the rsv4 it won't work as they have two sets of injectors.
If your confident it has tuono map on you will need to get some cables from eBay and use guzzidiag to set the ecu up with your throttle, have a look on the af1 forum and search guzzidiag or also on YouTube mangle at racing did a video.
I've got the cables and fitted my own after I sent ecu to Gabri for a reflash. It's really easy once have the cables.

Stupid question but how would I know it's been reflashed

You wouldn't until it's hooked up to guzzidiag or to the dealers pads system.

I have the leads so will plug it in what am I looking for once all connected

Google the correct map for your b4 race map. I can't remember off the top of my head.

Ecu info is shown in the window bottom left of guzzidiag including the map number

Found it 13A9AM14 is what you are looking for on the V4 Tuono 1000cc race map
