Well to be honest can't wait to change my tyres tomorrow to supercorsas

I can't wheelie it yet!

slow corners (small roundabouts etc) are a nightmare 1st is too twitchy and 2nd too sluggish

fast stuff seems good and composed

i need to get out on her and get used to her!!!!!

Exhausts have got to go asap........

sounds familiar....esp the roundabouts if the surface is badly deformed - mine still feels like I'm riding a stepladder on top of a shopping trolley. Arrow cans and map 2 have smoothed the midrange out so its not quite as snatchy at low speeds as the first couple of times I took it out, but i definitely need more practice. Here's hoping it stays dry for sunday....

What gearing are you running? all RSV's tend be overgeared as standard and smooth out more if you drop 1 or 2 teeth off the front and/or add some on the back sprockets.

gearing does make a difference, but the beastie will feel weird to start with....just get on and ride it, it all reveals itself in grin-inducing chapters...ENJOY!!

Good luck hope all goes well,Hmmmm might have a trip to D+K myself tommorow....:eatcorn

Hi,a Blue Flame can with map 2 makes my '01 well smooth.Super Corsas recommended.Regards AL

the fun ends abruptly

well i obviously pushed too hard - came off yesterday morning on way to work, still a bit frosty and i've wrote the bike off.
i've broke me hand and got 2 deep laserations to my knees from impacting with the wall.
missed a sports car coming at me by inches, effin lucky to be alive guys
happened so quick first left hand bend, not even pushing hard and turned in the boom, it slammed me to th floor, had to be loss of adhesion.

haven't got photos of bike as i was taken to hospital, but some knee photos for you all to look at

Pfeeuw, damn glad you're relatively allright though your knee doesn't look good!
Did you have your tires changed like you meant to?
It's really tricky out there these days: frosty, wet, leaves everywhere.. far from ideal for riding :no
Wish you a speedy recovery !!
