Slipper Clutch Non Return Valve

Hey guys,

So just checked my non return valve, and it returns both ways! I'm not wanting to wait for months on end for a replacement, so am looking around for a generic one, afterall, its only a simple valve. So far I have found these two. Which one do you think would suit best, if any? And if none, any suggestions?

I had a talk with someone that works at Aprilia a while ago, I mentioned my valve is probably dead, since its old. He said not to worry, it doesnt effect the slipper clutch function, its there just to do something I forgot and doesnt realy matter.

Havent tested his theory, but he sounded convincing (he was wearyng a nice aprilia t-shirt

)

Its got to do something or it wouldnt be fitted :confused

Its an Aprilia, anything is posible

Something to do with balancing the presure or something like that. He said that the important part is the diaphragm and if that wouldnt been working I would notice, since the bike would be smoking.

I didnt test the valve, but I did downshift without blipping that trackday and it was great, no lockups, which I sometimes get even with blipping. So no more blipping for me

Not realy helping in this topic, but just mentioning since I remembered

And now maybe you could wait a month
