Slightly suspect

It's not the pics but the description that is very similar. Maybes am just paranoid.
 
Just cos its the same model being sold in the same area two years apart, with(more or less)/the same wording - but the newer one reportedly has done less miles. I don't know if clocks can be messed with. Just found it weird.
