Nice choice of bike
Can't help with side bags/panniers, but this may be an option:-
I have a Hepco & Becker seat rack (simply remove pillion seat and clip on the seat rack, 2 mins max) and use a Kreiga US20 Drypack (different sizes of Kreiga packs available if you need more or less space)
