So I have found what appears to be a perfect 2000 Aprilia RSV Mille with 1500 miles on it. It does not run, probably due to fuel delivery but unsure. Never tracked and has just been sitting, a barn find (well a garage find). All stock, never down and seems nothing more than dirty.
Now the question:
Have the seller agreeing to a $1200 dollar price. It will need tires, battery, maybe fork seals just due to age and the run problem solved. Maybe a few of the suggested forum upgrades.
Should I purchase the Mille or walk away?
