Service warning re-setting

Hi Guys, in the unlikely eventuality that my garage does not know how to re-set the multi-function computer, how do I clear the service warning from my display. I remember reading it somewhere, but I have not got the time to go searching. Someone must know.

Ignition on. Press and hold lap timer/headlight flasher. Press and hold R button. Hold for 5-6 seconds and service message will dissapear.

F'n sweet. I just stumbled upon this post. My service light has been on since the bike went into the shop and they didn't reset it. I just read this ran outside and did it. Suggestion, maybe this should be a sticky or reposted in the How-to section.
