Want To Buy Seat Hump

As per the thread title, looking for the seat hump from a 2003 RSV, or 02-05 Tuono, if anyone has one spare.

You know, the thing that replaces the pillion seat pad.

Scoured e-bay but nothing on there

There's a company called Scarlatti that i have found that make several different colours of seat cowls.

BUT they don't supply the base plate.

I've been looking for one for ages, but looks like the base plate will have to come direct from Aprilia.

Seen the Scarlatti version and, in fact I bought a white GRP nose fairing from them earlier in the year. They do the seat hump in white grp for Â£60 but annoyingly they had a 20% discount code in November that has now expired which would have made it Â£48.

The internals from Aprilia are Â£78.61 inc vat and another Â£22.20 if you want the little door for the storage compartment! Can you believe that the seat hump itself is Â£272.90!!!!!!

You want me to contact them and see if they'll re-instate the discount if we order two ;-)

Can do mate, I'm after a silver one, i contacted them before and they said the silver one isn't a direct match for the Aprilia silver.

But I'm not to bothered i would have a carbon one but think it would look a bit weird.

Might have to try and get a base from a breakers or something.

Thanks for that 180slayer, it's Scarlatti who bluerob mentioned. Strangely though, they sell the hump in carbon on their own site for Â£120 but are only asking Â£85 on e-bay! It's only the outer cover though so you'll still need the internals from a scrap seat or from Aprilia dealers.

E-mailed them today about the 20% off code and they got back to me straight away (Which is unusual for them in my experence!) and gave me another code that gives 20% off and even encouraged me to share it with friends!

The code is ZP20 if anyone else is thinking about ordering bits from their site.

I'm going to order a grp hump in the New Year and go from there.......Â£48 with the discount.

Thanks for that, need to find a base before i buy the cowl. Otherwise i'll just get annoyed with it being sat on the side in the garage.
