**** heap has failed again two hours from home, cut out approaching a roundabout, turning over getting a spark but won't fire... That's everytime that I have been out on this bike something has gone wrong...waiting on recovery truck right now.

Bloody unlucky mate have you been smashing mirrors or sumet
Because ivw not had one problem with mine

Real bummer mate, I feel sorry for you. Some T's have loads of trouble, others are ok.
If its causing too much grief get shot of it.

Just home after a two and a half hour wait for the recovery truck...Don't know what to do with it!!
Need to try and find out what's wrong. Anybody any ideas, getting a spark, power to the injectors but the plugs are dry after turning over, will it be ecu problems?

Sounds like a fuelling problem, is the fuel pump priming / working ?

Fuel pump is making all the right noises, injectors are getting power too...must be electrical somewhere...just died no cough or splutter. There was fuel in the hose after the tank coupling but with that fitting on i couldn't check if it was pumping through ok..Had the bloody thing about in bits at the side of the road.
On a positive note it was nice being asked by a lot of people if i was ok and needed any help or a lift anywhere.

Fuel pump was the cause even though it was making the right noises...Took the chance to fix the bodged wiring under the tank whilst it was off.
Not been further than 2 miles from the house just in case!!!

Sympathise and know how you feel……been stranded 3 times on my T since I bought it last October, first time ever in my biking life!! Had to call AA who took ******* hours to show up!! Result is I'm now selling the best bike Ive ever owned……best bike in that when its going its a ******* hoot to ride…..best handling bike Ive ever ridden but its broken down more than its not…… I need something I can get home on so its gotta go.
