:dunno Does anyone know the sag settings for a 2000/01 mille? I have reset all suspension settings to standard but have been advised by one of you good chaps to set the sag aswell many thanks

If you PM Griff and ask him nicely he has a very excellent suspension set-up guide which will make everything clear.
His stage name on here is Fusebox

Sag is done by your preload adjusters , by holding the bike with out been on stands or someone sitting on it , bounce it a couple of time to get the bike to sit at its unloaded sag height measure front & back suspension at a given point , then write those mesurements down then sit on the bike with someone holding it bounce it up a down again to set the sag height with you on it now & get another person to measure the same given points as before front & back , then work out whether you have to add preload { wind down } or take it off {wind out } There should be approx 35mm rear difference for the back figures & aprrox 40mm for the front , these can vary abit to peronal feel plus how you like the rebound & compression damping to activate .

Me and Soltice just checked my rear sag with my new Ohlins on and it was ... less than 1mm! Think I'll be adjusting that then.
