Hi all. I've had my T for 2 years now and have yet to service the stock Sachs Steering Damper.

Does anyone know how to disassemble and service the damper, I've searched high and low and can't find any mention of servicing anywhere!

Thank you in advance... :thumbup

I don't think anyone bothers servicing them.

Most people just upgrade.

Don't think the Sachs one on mine does any good. Never bothered me on the Tuoldo as I don't ride fast enough to worry about it.

Don't need one for road use imo?

Better to have one and not need it than to need one and not have it. :thumbup

Well setup suspension and no you shouldn't need one, but it is fitted for a reason from the factory.
