Help me out please guys,

my mille 01, rsvR is running abit rough when i throttle down or try to hold a steady throttle.

She still pulls like a train, but seems to lurch and not be smooth like she was before.

was gonna clean the air filter and change the plugs,

but is their any thing else i should consider checking ???

cheers

How long since you gave it a decent service? might be worth having the tb's synch'd

Deacs :thumbup

My '07 does this infrequently. If at all, it may happen following a refuel. I wonder if I am trying to fill it too full. Possibly different fuel and the injector controller must reset to the new? Dunno, but it always cures itself after a shutdown and overnight cool off. Yours?

The air filter can't be cleaned mate. Just fit new, they're cheap enough and it's not worth risking....

if he has K&N that can be cleaned forever as advertised by the vendor.
anybody here knowing how to setup the CO levels by hearing?

Hi theruck. I'm assuming he has a standard filter as do most. If so, you bin it and buy new. By the sound of the guys post, it doesn't seem he knows what he's got. I've worked in the filter business for many years and know the cosequencies of this.

I doubt he has original filter since 2001 so if he has a KN definitely should not bin it :eatcorn

Yes mate, I agree. Not the original after 10 years but most probably a standard one as most of us have and as stated in previous email....:dunno
