I apologise for being a lazy b'stard and not going through every suspension thread, but, does anyone have the settings for the above rear shock, please? Just bought one of ebay to replace standard.

I would say there are no settings for suspension that will suite everyone you need to get a decent day and start playing with it,make a note of what you do and you can always go back
Work out what it's set to now....wind it in and out and count/write Dow the clicks/turns.
Then you'll know what it was set at and what it has left in adjustment....then just fine tune.
How much did you get it for mate....I might buy one if they aren't daft money.
