Hi all.

Just a quick query about paddock stands for my newly aquired RSVR 06.
I am going to get a new pair at the bike show and wondered what you all use and recommend? I am thinking of getting a stem one for front but have never used one.... Are they worth the extra dosh?
All thought greatfully recieved

Get an abba stand mate they are what most owners on here use. They fit into the swingarm pivot and are far more stable than any usual paddock stand. Cost about 90 quid although supertedlover did have some similar ones which were about 60 quid i think. Search the forums for abba stand.

I have a Harris on the rear and a bike tec under fork one for the front. I also have a yoke one which I brought when I had my RGV, never used on the mille as there is the plastic plate in the way

Another thimbs up for the Abba stand. Really easy to use single handed and steady as a rock when fitted. No need to buy a new one as they are solid as a rock (unless of course you like new things).

It just so happens that I have one for sale as I have just bought a taller one for my BCR.

£60 delivered. Please note you will have to buy the specific fittings for an RSV from ABBA. About £18 i think.

PM me if you (or anyone else) are interested and I can send you some photos.
