RSV4 seat

Hi there,
this is my first post here, even though I have read many of yours. I am a new and very proud owner of an RSV4 Factory aPRC from Greece and for some reason I cannot settle on the stock seat. I just did my first trackday.
Anyone in here knows of any options either in the UK or anywhere in the world for that matter?
The seat seems just too thick and chunky for me.
I have the OEM fairings on and no I will not change the fairings to a racing set.
Any solutions? :devious

I Have emailed them to find out how much different it is from the standard seat as i am looking at a new seat also.

I haven't turned mine into a track bike yet, so was looking at an alternative to the standard seat for now.

why do you not like the standard seat, is it not grippy enough or too high?
I ususally put sargent seats on my bikes, but they dont do one for the V4, the Italian seat looks nice but for 270 euro it doesent look much better than the oe seat, now if it was a V2 RSv the oe seat can easily be improved on.

I had it recovered last year after catching it with my boot, and i suppose it's not grippy enough, i know this can be easily remedied. I did my 1st TD on the RSV4 last week and i found it awkward to move around with the standard seat, i was hoping there might be something a bit smaller but fits the standard seat unit. I am doing another TD in 2 weeks i will see how i get on maybe i will just get used to it?
I have done TD's on a blade before but that was a proper track bike and i found it a lot easier to move around than the RSV4, not the bike though the bike was fantastic !!!!!!!!

Thank you RSVR*DAVE but I am not willing yet to change to arace fairing set yet. However, I have found and won a used "raceseat" for 116e instead of the 270e plus shipping for a new one.
As soon as I get it and use it, I'll let you know what's happening!
Thanks! :thumbup
