RSV1000 front forks

Hi everyone i'm new to the forum and could use a little help. Ive bought a 2002 RSV1000 (not R) with bent forks and am looking at what looks to be a good 2nd hand pair off a 2004 RSV1000......can anyone tell me please if they are the same and will fit my 2002 model?

Hi there, all I can say is that 2002 and 2004 share the same part number in part catalogue, so I guess it will fit my friend "AP8123977" Please check though.

Cheers mate for reply. Ive got them fitted now so if anyone else follows this thread needing to know then yes they are the same!
