RSV wiring diagram for 04>

even if its just for the Regulator bit... as i have a 02... but bought an updated 04 R&R... & need to know where the extra black wire connects too !? :dunno

or just let me know... i assume i know where it goes... but just want to make sure !! :biggrin

Sorry mate but I can't help as the 04> wiring diagram I have is all blurred when I zoom in. :dunno

Best bet is to give Griff a buzz and see if he can point you in the right direction, I had read somewhere that it was just a sensing wire but best not to guess mate. :thumbup

yep... thats correct... its a battery sensor wire... so if it needs 'extra' juice then the R&R will deliver it !! :thumbup

where does the wire normally go? all im asking is because at idle its only charging at 12v and when you rev it it flies up to 20v which i think is way too much!!!! the enginrs in a kit car btw! hope you can help! oh and im running an aftermarket ecu!
