Hi all. New on here and could do with some advice. If I remove a pair of fuel exhausts, slip ons from my rsv and put a pair of standard exhausts on, will the power commander adjust its self accordingly or won't the bike run
Thanks
Alan

Hi, it will run but probably not efficiently as it did on the exhausts you're taking off.
The only way it would be able to retune itself is if you have a Dynojet Autotune 300 fitted with the Pcv, but if you're selling it just tell the person he will have to get remapped.
Why you taking the exhausts off.

Hi dog, thanks for the reply. The exhausts that are fitted at the moment are without baffles and none came with the bike
My idea was to put the standard set on for a bit until I bought baffles
It's bloody noisey the way it is at the moment and as I stay in a small village, I can see it's only a matter of time before something is said

What exhausts you got on, would it not be easier to buy some baffles.
My Akrapovics have little baffles about five inches long which are held in by two grub screws I sometimes just push them in while it's warming up and pull them out with a pair of long nose pliers.
I would look for the baffles first otherwise you will be wasting a lot of performance and disabling the powercomander which you will have to do like Red said seems a waste of mods, anyway you can make as much noise as you want, you're in little Blighty.Have a look for the baffles, cheers dog
Ps mine makes a lot of noise and the fireman complained about it in the village, I told him to polish his fire engine.
