Picked up my Mille today (2001) after 2yrs riding round on my sv650. Checked out this site a few times to see what the guys already riding them had to say, so already a big thanks to you all, as you talked me in to getting one without knowing it!

Cant tell how much I love the bike. Its the nuts :grinning

Cheers for the welcomes. Just need to learn how to ride the thing now. Must be something wrong with the front wheel. It keeps coming up off the road.... :confused

Gonna be boring now, but got a question that Im guessing some of you hardened RSV riders will be able to answer.
Seem to need a bit of throttle as well as the choke full out to get her running from cold.:confused Is this normal (it scared the hell out of the nieghbours cat this morning....):lol:lol

Mine is an 00 mille and only needs3 quarter choke and one blip to get her going m8, seems a bit much having to rev it all the time :confused, has it been serviced :dunno
