Michael.

Nice looking bike. Is it listed on the log book as an RSV 1000 R?

I'm only asking because I have an RSV that is listed as an RSV 1000 R.

Rob :)

Im not sure, i can check tonight, i know its not the factory but i will check if the log book says RSV R tonight.

I just wondered why you were advertising it on autotrader as an 'R' when it's a standard 2003 RSV Mille. It has the Showa forks and standard front brakes of the RSV rather than the Ohlins forks and radial front brakes of the RSVR.

There were a number of bikes (50) of the 2003 model that were made for the japanese market but because of high demand were sold in the UK. The RSV was designated RSV 1000 R in the log book and the country code which is on a label under the rider seat is marked 'JJ'.

There are a few previous threads about these bikes...
