RSV Factory wanted - cash waiting for right bike

Hi guys,

I have just sold my 2011 Repsol Blade, but needed to free up some money and now I want to get my hands on a RSV Factory preferably under 10k. Cash waiting upto around £5.5k.

No not personally but my brother has had one previously and one of my mates has a slightly older Mille R that I have had a go on.
I know they are totally different characters, and they sound awesome....

Along with all the usual factory goodies it benefits from an oberon clutch slave, revo air box, arrow cans with baffles and clear indicator lenses. Plus all Std parts.

I have just bought one, primarily for use as a track bike. I had a '99 Mille before that so I'm hoping there's a bit of difference between the two....

I'm looking for a Factory with low mileage etc... Cash waiting. I noticed the bike Claude has/had for sale just wondeing what year it is and all the other usual details like mileage and service history and how many owners etc...

Hi, mine was a speculative offer of sale, I'm certainly not actively 'selling', but if someone looked, liked and offered the right money I could be swayed :)
Details;
2004 reg and model.
Under 5k mileage, doesn't appear to suffer the dash reset issue and paperwork backs up mileage.
2 former owners.
15/42 gearing and DID chain added less than 500 miles ago.
Arrow titanium exhausts.
Renegade air kit.
Oberon clutch Slave.
Clear indicator lenses.
Tyres have less than 1000 miles and are Pilot Road 3s.

Any other questions let me know. I'm based in Macclesfield.

Your bike looks mint fair play, it's the colour I'd want and the mileage is spot on too. I'll be honest I was hoping to get a newer model say '07 onwards, very little changes I know and we should probably all buy bikes more based on condition as opposed to what year it is. I was just thinking that I have a low mileage ZX6R 636 on a '55 plate and that in my head I wanted to get something newer if that makes sense lol

I know the Millie is a completely different animal in comparison to what I currently have although I have ridden a V twin and loved it.

Maybe you could PM me some sort of rough ball park of what you'd need to be offered to be swayed into selling her :) I've been on and off looking online for a while at Factory Millies so have a good idea of what this year normally tends to sell for but I do completely realise that your bike is in beautiful condition which can alter things a bit on what it's value would be especially to the owner who clearly loves it. Again it's obvious that you have loved the bike and looks like it's your pride and joy so I hope you can understand why I don't want to throw figures around, I don't want to offend etc...
