hi just got a rsvr 02 and when i am going slow round town its back firing i took ecu out to see what chip was fitted and it says rp58 what is this chip set up for my bike has k&n filter and remus slip on can and pc3 running leo vince + k&n filter map at the min mite try micron map but need to know what chip is set up for thanks

Doesn't matter what the chip is the pc3 overrides it ...I'd be more worried what the pc3 map is ...plug it up to a laptop and look at the map
If you can't afford a dyno run and custom map ..save your map download an open exhaust and filter map and try that.
But the rough running may mean the throttle bodies need setting up..

i found a dr rossi chip for open air box and exhaust fitted last night and removed pc3 and runs fine now and i am in coventry thanks

glad you had a result...just happened to find a drrosasi chip? did it come with the bike?
you are lucky you have the main man on your doorstep

to make it run better a modded collector works but check you might have one fitted already
had a old ecu from last rsv with chip fitted had to search garage to find and stock down pipes at the min but will change next year as no need for it in this weather thanks
