Yeah I agree its a cracking looking bike in white and Carbon, some geezer on the TT forum has one.
Wouldnt own one myself apparently the fueling ****, the gearbox **** and oh yeah the handling s ****. but apart from that a great bike.

I sat on one and it didn;t float my boat either. too slab sided for my taste.
However another twin did float my boat and looks highly likely to be in my workshop come the spring. :devious

848 it is.
suprisingly roomy leg wise which i wasn't expecting.
Not without it's teething problems but nice nonetheless.
Plan is to sell the Factory and get a new 848 and a second hand tatty RSV from about 2000 ish as a do up project.
I fancy a change & Factory never goes wrong and i'm bored of not tinkering - He says tempting fate.

must admit talking to one of the guys there who races and was on about the v4 apparently it is small and in his words like lightning quick :dunno
for me the bmw 1000rr is going to be the bike to watch out for i might consider one of these if the v4 is pooh and the price of the bmw is £10 500:thumbup

It will be a red one for sure. I am not a fan of white generally and that's the only other option.

Spoonz mate, not only do you wanna try the 848 & 1098, see if you can get a ride on a 1198 too, they supposed to be even better than the 1098! i myself on the other hand already have a duke. I got the old 748, that too is a good bike. Also, IF THERES ANYONE ON HERE WHO WORKS FOR THE DVLA, LET ME KNOW PLEASE!!!!:thumbup :biggrin :devious
