Rough Running

My T which has been faultless until now is starting to run quite rough between 4.5 and 5.5K revs when riding with the wife on the back. It still goes properly, but feels like there is something out of balance and sounds a bit vibey too. It is a 08 Factory with 6500 miles.

Anyone else experienced this?
