resetting odemeter

hold down "A" for about 5 secs, then press B, then hold a again. i think

there is a post on here somewhere...
 
Should it retain original mileage because somebody told me it might go back to reading zero
 
Retains original mileage yes. I had to do it a while ago after removing battery.

Shut wouldn't it be great if it zeroed the mileage. Everyone would be selling bikes with 10 miles on clocks after years of abuse. Honest guv it's just been sat in my living room

tbh, it's going to be pretty difficult to verify mileages on many GenII tuonos....I don't know of that many that haven't had clock fogging issues ....many being replaced under warranty with unrecorded milages...
 
Could be a problem eh. Only after 3 years could it be traced on old mots but how often do u get supplied with all the old mots. Mine was but I doubt I'll supply them all when I sell it. Saying that I prob won't sell it

Why wouldnt you pass them on, surely it adds to the value of the bike if you have all the mots to verify mileage etc.
Sure you will sell it when the v4 comes out with a camo paint job..
 
Mines a keeper mate. Itll still be running in 20 years I hope .

im saving up my pennies to buy a gen2, i especially like gilo's black un and those mivi pipes look brill.
Already told the missus im hooked on t's now. Think she thought i was on about PG tips though so didnt batter an eye lid...

Bet she does when i push a shiny new one through the garage doors
