I had a word with my dyno tuner and there is an Aprilia dealer not far from them who can flash the original chip to put on race ignition maps, have you ever heard of this?
Forgot to mention im having a pc3 fitted to control the fueling more accurately

gen2 can have a map2 enabled by a dealer to suit race cans
A gen1 like yours needs the chip changed in the ecu to run different maps
An aftermarket chip will have improved ignition tables to enhance your mods and a custom map on the pc3..individual for each cylinder will be the icing on the cake
Cool. I'm going to order one tomorrow along with an Evo air kit from Forza.....The sprockets and a new chain are already ordered too
