I slightly bent my handle bar so it causes the throttle to stick open. I got a new one but I can't get the Fork Upper Plate to get the bar off so I can replace it. I have the tool that fits inside the center retaining bolt but nothing to torque it with. I used a pair of vise grips but can't get the center retaining bolt to budge so I can get it off. Any ideas on how I can get it off without having to go to a shop and ask them to loosen it for me.
