Not far from you!
Chaps!!

Do any of you know the best method of removing small marks and scuffs from the Swing arm?

If anyone of you have done it perhaps you have some advice and tips?

I have a few small knocks that happened in the garage and its annoying me that they are there. :rant

At the moment im assuming the best way is to wet flat it with 2500 wet and dry. However its done im hoping the results will show little or no evidence.

Thanks in advance :thumbup

The frame/swingarm are anodized and anything heavily abrasive will take it off, I dont think that there are any ways of removing marks without damaging the anodised finish. :dunno

i thought the swingarms were polished? i tried some metal polish on mine the other day and it came up nice! not sure about the 2500 wet and dry, if it is polished and not anodised gently try it and then get sum Autosol metal polish and giv it a polish.

Yes the swing arm has under gone some sort of finishing, the surface of the metal will have a skin on it.

I may have to re-think this through :confused
