anyone else find this a complete ******* to do?! on my mille r (2000) the clearance from caliper to wheel when either taking wheel off or refitting was hopeless, it felt like i needed to shoehorn it in!? anyone got any tips for making this four-handed job a bit easier?! :confused

Are you trying ot do it with the calipers still attached? Leaving the calipers bolted up will make the job almost impossible I would have thought.

Try it having first removed the calipers and then refitting the calipers once the wheel is in and bolted up.

Easy one person job then.

open caliper with a flat lever so that the pads are away from the discs then undo the caliper bolts twisting the caliper in one hand and out it comes good look DOPPA
