This should be an easy one for you lot!

I'm trying to take my swingarm out so I can get the suspension bearings replaced - I have everything off except the spindle. On the left there's the normal 26mm nut, and on the right there's the castellated nut and 14mm hex nut.

The Haynes manual says to undo the left bolt first, castellated nut second and hex nut third, but I can't for the life of me get the first bolt on the left to come off. Do I need to hold the other side still, or do I just need a lot of force on the nut on the left?

I don't really understand how the castellated adjuster nut works so I'm a bit confused at the moment!

Anyone? I'm going to be attempting this again when I get home in an hour and could do with all the information i can get :D
